Park's Ford Elgin were great because they went out of their way to remedy a problem we had with the car we purchased
All very good apart from pick up day where the admin took approx. 45 mins, I would have expected 5-10 mins. Not walked to car or shown any features. Minor stuff but makes an impression. Car great, sales service good, just handover a little disappointing.
